Our priority will be to ensure the safety of our team and clients, while maintaining superior client experience and AMAZING hair! Its a stressful world out there, providing a safe and beautiful place for our wonderful clients is our ultimate goal. Lets work together to obtain this.
Some things to expect on your next visit:
Allotting extra time per service to allow for proper disinfection pre and post-service
Stylists wearing gloves, masks, face shield, and changing aprons between each client
All clients will be required to wear a face mask (style must have elastic that goes around the ears). No one will be permitted in the salon without a mask.
To reduce the number of people within the salon, no guests will be permitted at your appointment. (No spouses, no friends, no children, etc) Only the person receiving the service will be permitted in the salon. If a child is getting a haircut the parent/guardian must wait outside the salon. We are a small salon and to maintain proper social distancing can not accommodate extra guests.
Maintaining 6 feet of physical distance between clients in salon chairs
To minimize contact in waiting area, asking clients to remain outside until we welcome them in for their appointment, if their stylist is running late or early, they will receive a call or text
All staff is Barbicide certified (high level industry sanitation certification)
UV sterilization
Magazines will be temporarily removed, please bring your own reading materials
We encourage you to bring your own travel water bottle
Touchless Greetings & Goodbyes – We will not be shaking hands or hugging at this time.
Please limit any belongings that you bring with you perhaps to your phone and forms of payment (rather than your handbag). Any extra belongings or jackets will be placed in a plastic bag and stored.
All clients will be required to fill out a survey and waiver prior to receiving service
With all of these measures in place comes some challenges. Procurement of additional supplies (PPE) and technology we will be raising our service prices by $10.
If you are showing any signs of illness, cough, or fever, please reschedule your appointment. We are suspending our cancellation fee if you are sick or have been around anyone that is sick and need to cancel. If you have an underlying health condition we ask that you wait to return the salon until a later date. In addition, if you have been ill or around someone who has been ill, please wait 14 days to reschedule your appointment.

All of this being said, rest assured that we will be doing our very best to maintain our beloved peaceful client experience, just with extra accessories and less hugs!
